There are practical benefits for the use of
aromatherapy such as assisting with physical ailments such as
wounds, cuts, inflammation, bruises, indigestion, skin care
(including acne treatment), hair care, menstruation, PMS, as well as
psychological or emotional disorders such as fatigue, stress,
anxiety, and fear, and many more.
Arthritis is another ailment that may benefit from aromatherapy. It

true that the term aromatherapy was recently coined, about 100 years
