To reduce stress use the blends below and be sure to follow all
safety measures when selecting as well as using oils. Of course, you
know that aromatherapy is not to be used as a substitute for medical
treatment.
For Blend #1 use 3 drops Clary sage; 1 drop lemon; 1 drop lavender.
Blend #2 use 2 drops of Roman Chamomile; 2 drops lavender; 1 drop
Vetiver.
Blend #3: Use 3 drops Bergamot; 1 drop geranium; 1 drop
frankincense.
Blend #4: Use 3 drops grapefruit; 1 drop jasmine; 1 drop Ylang Ylang.
Blend #4 3 drops Grapefruit 1 drop Jasmine 1 drop Ylang Ylang.
Choose one of the four blends listed above, then choose the method
you would like to use for the blend, follow the directions below.
Diffuser blend: Multiple the blend you chose by 4 to get a total of
20 drops of the blend. Then add your oils to a dark colored glass
bottle and roll the bottle between your hands to mix well. Then add
the correct number of drops from your blend to the diffuser. Be sure
to follow the instructions that come with your diffuser.
Bath Oil: Multiply the blend you have created by 3 to get a total of
15 drops. Use these 15 drops in the bath oil recipe.
Bath Salts: Use 5 drops of your blend in the bath salts recipe
Massage Oil: Multiply your blend by 2 to get a total of 10 drops of
your blend. Then use the 10 drop blend in the massage oil recipe.
Air Freshener: Multiply your blend by 6 to get a total of 30 drops
of your blend and continue using the 30 drop blend in the air
freshener recipe.
